Now that you have reserved your spot, we will send you a short questionnaire to complete to inform Ursula of any dietary requirements like allergies or intolerances, as well as any injuries Twanine needs to be aware of for your yoga practice.

Reminder of what you need to bring

  1. A yoga mat and suitable clothing for your often twice-daily yoga practice.  NB We are aiming to run a sustainable retreat so there will be laundry facilities on site but we will try to keep this to a minimum. 

  2. Some layers of clothing, we anticipate the weather to be warm and sunny in the day but the temperature will dip in the evening so it would be good to have some warmer layers. Dinners will be a relaxed affair so there is no need to dress up, unless of course you want to!

  3. Swimwear for our lovely pool

  4. A beach towel for poolside lounging and anything else that will help you relax, sun cream etc. 

  5. A journal, pen and books to read

  6. Running / walking shoes if you wish to enjoy this activity in your free time

  7. Cash for any additional massages you would like.
